All orders from southmoonunder.com are shipped from our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping is $8.00. Delivery is guaranteed within 7-10 business days beginning the first business day after your order is placed. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. * Please note that orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii require an additional 7 business days to ship.

2 Day Shipping:

2 Day Shipping is $15.00. The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the 2 Day Shipping option is selected.

Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00pm EST. Please add one additional day for all orders placed after 12:00pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday and will arrive by Thursday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.

2 Day Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes.

We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery (see holiday exceptions below).

Next Day Shipping:

Next Day Shipping is $35.00. The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the Next Day Shipping option is selected.

Next Day Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00pm EST. Please add one additional day for all orders placed after 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.

Next Day Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes.

We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery (see holiday exceptions below).

Issues With Delivery

In the event that your tracking shows that your package has been received but you cannot locate it, please contact a member of our Customer Service team via email at service@southmoonunder.com so they we may investigate this for you. All lost order claims must be filed within 3 business days of the shipping delivery date. Any claims filed after the 3 business day window may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Please note: South Moon Under is not liable for the replacement or refunding of any orders where the shipping address was incorrectly entered at the time of the purchase. Please make sure to verify all shipping information before you submit your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Products containing alcohol (perfume, hair spray) are considered potentially hazardous and can only be shipped via UPS Ground to the continental US.
Products containing Lithium Ion batters (regular & rechargeable) are considered potentially hazardous & can only be shipped via Ground delivery they cannot be shipped via UPS 2 Day, Next Day Air or out of the continental US.
We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
South Moon Under does not require a signature upon delivery. The shipper will leave your package at the safest location at your address..
The shipper reserves the right to require a signature for a package delivery.

Holidays

South Moon Under's Customer Service Office and Distribution Center are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christimas Day. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve- the DC only. Please add one business day to ALL shipping for orders placed during this time.

International Shipping

Currently South Moon Under does not offer shipping outside of the continental United States.
